Current Job Scenario
Many final year degree students and fresh graduates find job-hunting a challenging and tortuous experience in spite of their talent and skills. They do not know how to apply for jobs, write a good resume, whom to approach and, quite often, where the jobs are. With an average ratio of one hundred applicants for one job intimidating them and bogged down by poor communication skills in English and lack of interview etiquette, they find it extremely arduous to get a decent job.
We intend to bring recruitment to the doorstep of the college. Thanks to our wide network in reputed companies, we are well-placed to motivate the HR professionals of big recruiters to conduct job interviews at the college campus and hire employable final year degree students and fresh graduates.
We also look forward to training the students in soft skills and conducting mock interviews at the college premises. Most of them lack interview etiquette, communication skills and presentation techniques. Our trainers will groom them until they are fully equipped to meet the challenges of the job interview.
